Policalpo is Cascina Castlet`s most prized wine; Brilliant deep ruby in colour with slight garnet hues, the nose is intense and broad with layers of dark berry fruit including blackcurrant and blackberry jam with hints of liquorice, vanilla & tobacco combined with pleasant herbal & vegetal undertones.
