Chateau Cissac is located in the heart of the Medoc region of Bordeaux neighbouring the prestigious appellations of Saint-Estephe and Pauillac., the Chateau itself is built on the ancient remains of a roman villa and has remained in the same family since 1895.

Chateau Cissac wines are Cabernet Sauvignon dominated, blended with smaller amounts of Merlot and Petit Verdot to add greater finesse and complexity of flavour.

Attractive deep red in colour with orange hues, classic Cabernet dominated aromas of blackcurrant berries, black licoricce, cedaar spice& herbaceous elements. The palate has a robust, mature tannic structure which acts as a framework for the ripe fruit laden palate. Cassis, dark chocolate, vegetal green pepper notes & smoke are present in the enticing finish.
